Return & Refund Policy

In the eventuality that your product should arrive damaged or fail to match your order specifications, please be assured that we stand ready to assist you promptly. We extend a gracious offer of either a full refund or a replacement within a 30-day period. Kindly forward images depicting any damage to return@lummi.uk, and we shall promptly coordinate the necessary refund or replacement procedure.

Should you wish to proceed with a return due to a change of preference, we kindly request that you communicate your intention via email to return@lummi.uk within 30 days. Upon receipt of your correspondence, please ensure the return of the goods, accompanied by the original packing slip, in immaculate condition to the address provided.

Please take note that, regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
